My role with B&R is shared among a couple of key focus areas: business development, delivery management, strategic consulting, and Nintex Lead.
In the business development role, I am responsible for client relationships in the southeast region. This includes identifying new clients as well as growing our existing client relationships. B&R's southeast region client base has grown over 300% since 2014, with additional consulting resources added to help deliver customer success.
In the delivery management role, I work with the clients and consultants to ensure successful outcomes – most importantly on time and on budget delivery. This can range from simple project coordination and budgeting to full project management following PMI guidelines.
I provide consulting services relating to B&R's service offerings, with a focus on strategic platform decisions, search, enterprise content management, and process automation.
As the Nintex Lead, I am responsible for B&R's overall relationship with Nintex, managing the engagement pipeline, and supporting both clients and consultants with product and process solutions. Having established the Nintex partnership in 2014, this area represents a significant growth and focus area for B&R.
